Yes — free during the first year after purchase. After that, by quote: $50 to $150 depending on complexity (settings, interior engraving). Service in-store or via secure mail (we provide the label).

All manufacturing defects are covered for life: setting, soldering, clasp. Polishing is offered every 12 months in store. Impacts, accidental oxidation and normal wear are not covered but repaired at cost.

Yes, and it's one of the most beautiful forms of transmission. We test your gold, melt it down and recycle it into the piece you'll wear. Allow about 2 additional weeks. Any missing weight is billed at the gold price on the melt date.
